• Virtual Broker’s Tour – We can create and host your own web page with a professional looking tour using your digital photos and text. We can create a Virtual Broker’s open by adding a survey to it, that will be mailed directly back to you.
  
  
• FREE FLYER TEMPLATES - Use can use your own flyer or one of our free templates. You choose the layout, fill in the fields and your flyer is saved as a PDF file. This flyer is yours to use for any of your marketing needs.

• COST EFFECTIVE - The cost is $25 per delivery area. Each area contains a minimum of 3,000 agents. to see our delivery areas and agent counts click, Delivery Areas. The cost is for one flyer sent one time. We do not offer a price cut for resends. Agents receive enough email, they do not want to receive the same flyer twice if there are no changes. There are no hidden fees.

• SIMPLICITY - On our Flyer Broadcast page, there is a link to order a flyer broadcast. It will open a program that allows you to fill out a simple form and upload your flyer straight to our server. Within 1 business day you will receive a proof with a link to a secure payment form. Select and pay for your delivery areas and your flyer is sent. There is no need to create an account.

• USE YOUR OWN FLYER - There is no need to create a new flyer, you can use your existing flyer with your personal trademarks. If you don't have a flyer created feel free to use one of our free templates.

• FREE LISTING ON CRAIGS LIST - We will post your flyer on Craigslist.org. Your email address will be listed as the contact. You flyer will be seen by thousands of buyers looking for homes in your area. We will also run your listing in the classified adds on Lycos.com, Oodle.com and Backpage.com.
  
  
• OVER 30% OPEN RATE - There are 2 reasons for the higher then average open rates. First, we have an outstanding list management. We only send the fliers to agents that want and use them; most of these agents have us saved in their contacts. The 2nd is due to name recognition. • RESPONSIBLE MAILING -We do not send a flyer more then once unless there has been a change to the listing information. We allow you to delivery to certain areas in your county to avoid receiving flyers from areas you don't work in.
  
  
• PROFESSIONAL LIST MANAGEMENT - We have employees who work directly with major ISP's including MSN, Yahoo, and AOL to insure that we meet all of their requirements, this insures that our emails get through.
