Why our flyers are so effective.

The reason our flyers are so successful comes down to one thing,
RESPONSIBLE MAILING.  There are 4 ways we achieve this:

1. Agents receive the flyer once, we do not offer price discounts for resends. Agents do not want to receive the same flyer twice. 
2. Our delivery areas are set up to provide a great value, but not to encourage agents to send it to other agents 300 miles away.
3. We did not use names from a bought list.  These are often full of trap email address that tell the ISP you are sending mail from a bought list, your domain is then black listed from that ISP.  Our agent counts are actual deliveries, not just how many names we have in the database.
4. We only send a flyer that is going to offer you a Real Estate Commission, not advertisements for professional services.
