We will email your flyer to a minimum of 3,000 agents your delivery area. Additional delivery areas are only $10.00 more per area. More Information
Google Communication Page:
We will set you and the owner up with a custom Goggle Communication Page. This page will be password protected. It includes a calendar and a page to upload all your documents related to this transaction. It allows you and your customer access to all documents and activities related to this listing and serve as a record to show your marketing.

We will syndicate and Search Engine Optimize (SEO) your site:
We will create an RSS feed that will syndicate your listing and any changes made to over 30 of the top real estate feeds. We will also run your site through outside SEO software which will make changes to help move your site up in the major search engines.
Weekly reports:
You and the owner will automatically be emailed a report once a week. This report will show how many people have been to your site and where they came from.
We will email a feedback form to all agents that show the listing:
You provide us with the showing agents contact information and we will send them an email. The email will contain a short PDF questionnaire. Once we receive the reply we will post it to your Google Page where it can be viewed by you and the owner.
Follow up with showing agents:
We will email all the agents that have previously shown the property to let them know when a there has been a change to the listing (bonus added , price reduction).
