Important Facts

2. Just upload your the flyer you have already created using the link to the left. We will take care of the technical aspects and send you back the proof with a link to a secure payment form, we accept Visa or Master Card.

3. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day, however to avoid flooding inboxes will ship a maximum of 5 orders per day, per area.

4. You will receive an email report 3 days after your order has been shipped.

Can I advertise a business or service through your company?

No, we can not send a flyer that just advertises a business or service. Every flyer must have an MLS number or offer a real estate commission. If you have a listing flyer we can insert your advertising flyer beneath it. The cost would be the same, $25.00 for each area.

How do you get the email addresses?

We gather them from different sources on the web.  These can include Realtor association, MLS services, advertising services, and agent web pages. We use 22 different search engines using 18 questions and search 15 pages deep.

How many times do you send the flyer for $25.00?

The flyer will be sent one time to every address we have in the delivery area you paid for. There is no need to send it more then once unless there is a change in the listing.

No, there are no contracts, no set up fees. The cost is $25.00 per area.

We meet or exceed all laws set forth by the Federal Can Spam Act. All request to be removed or added to our database are processed the first thing every morning.
